| Frequently Asked Questions about Custom Race Wear | |
How does your equipment work?
We use a Direct To Garment printer. These printers are very new to the market. Basically it is a printer like your inkjet printer in your office that prints directly to a t-shirt, sweatshirt, etc. The only difference is that this printer is larger and uses special software and ink to create a lasting image that is printed directly to the shirt.
Once the design is done can I order just 1 shirt at a time?
Yes, you can order as little as 1 shirt.
Why can't you print on dark shirts, such as black?
There is equipment available today to print on dark shirts. The equipment is very un-realiable and the end product is very expensive to produce. We will add this in the future once the technology has been developed better and more cost effective.
Do you require a deposit on custom drawn artwork?
We require a 50% deposit at the time you place the order. Deposit can be paid with Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Money Order or Paypal.
How many colors can we use in the design?
You can use unlimited number standard colors.
If I have a picture I want to put on my shirt, can I do that?
Yes, as long as the picture is owned by you or an agreement with the owner of the picture has been reached.
Do you do all the work in-house?
Yes. From design to printing we do all of the work in-house. Having control of each phase allows us to expedite your order and check the print as it comes off the printer for quality.
What is the best way to wash these types of shirts?
Turn the shirt inside out, wash in cold water and dry on delicate cycle.
Does this type of print leave a very crusty t-shirt?
No. We do not do heat transfer prints. All of these prints are done with the latest technology. These prints are very soft. You can't even tell there is a print on the shirt when you wear it.
