What do the different order statues mean?

In Progress - Your order is either being designed or is waiting in line to be designed by our graphic designers.

Awaiting Approval on Proof - We are waiting for you to either approve your online proof or request changes. Your order is put on hold until we hear back from you.

On Hold - We are waiting for you to provide additional information to move forward with the order.

Ready to Print/Cut - Our graphic designers are done setting up the order. Your order has now moved into queue to be cut or printed depending on the needs for your order.

In Production - Your order has been moved to our production staff. For decals our assembly team is putting your order together. For screen printing our team is printing your shirts.

Ready for Shipping - Your order is done and awaiting either UPS or USPS to pick up your package.

Completed - Your order is on it's way to you.
